Peace Journal
Peace Journal is a mobile self-care app designed as part of an infographic experience project. The app translates simple, personal data into a peaceful, reflective mobile journey. It tracks notes, to-dos, reminders, and sleep schedules, while also offering a space for daily reflection and meditation.
Project Brief
The goal was to collect data over a consecutive five-day period and design an infographic-based mobile experience that allowed users to quickly and intuitively interact with their information. The app needed to maintain clarity at a mobile scale, offering either a linear or non-linear navigation experience through 2–5 screens.
01 Research & Content
I chose to gather and visualize personal journaling habits, sleep patterns, and self-care activities. Peace Journal organizes this data into a calming interface where users can check their progress, review reminders, and access short guided meditations to recharge. The app encourages balance between productivity and mindfulness.

02 Design Approach
- Visual Language: A soft, minimal palette supports the self-care theme. Clean typography and ample white space allow users to focus without overwhelm.
- Navigation: Users can explore the app through simple, clear buttons—moving between their journal, to-do lists, sleep tracker, and meditation options.
- Infographic System: Visual data, such as sleep trends and to-do completion rates, is represented through simple, approachable graphs and iconography.

Conclusion
Takeaways
Peace Journal helped me explore how design can support mindfulness and self-care. By turning everyday data—like sleep and task completion—into gentle visuals, the app encourages users to slow down and check in with themselves.
The project taught me how to design clearly for small screens while keeping the experience calm and focused.
